Peter Buh has over 25 years of experience in the criminal field. He was the former Chief of Felony as an Assistant State's Attorney and have the unique qualification as a former Illinois Assistant Attorney General.
As an Assistant State's Attorney, he conducted training to police officers and detectives for DUI Investigation, Sex Offenses, Theft Related Offenses, Violent Crimes and Securities Fraud. After training hundreds of officers in the latest techniques, Peter Buh will work tirelessly to defend you against whatever charges have been leveled against you.
He has successfully defended clients ranging from DUI to serious felonies, including Aggravated DUI. For these and many other reasons, Peter Buh has been awarded "DUI Prosecutor of the Year".
Peter has tried cases in numerous counties, with over one hundred trials on his resume. He has worked on many different kinds of cases, ranging from misdemeanor DUIs all the way up to murder. He currently represents clients in numerous counties, including DuPage, Kane, DeKalb, Kendall and Cook County.
